A survey of the subject matter. Through all the setbacks and obstacles, Flanders continues to produce films, driven by the praiseworthy determination of the filmmakers who develop their talent in spite of the limited production and distribution opportunities. Often with an aversion to commercial considerations, they manage to produce a number of striking productions which, if there is any justice, will be able to count on growing appreciation in the future.
